BUYER'S BESTTM Purchase Details

You must have an AIR MILES® Collector number to make a purchase.
|
|
|
2.
|
You must pay for your order online with our secure checkout process by using your Visa, Mastercard or
American Express credit card.
|
|
|
3.
|
Products offered are unique to this online store and will not be available as Rewards for
redemption in the AIR MILES Rewards catalogue. You will earn 1 reward mile for every $20
spent (exclusive of taxes) but including shipping and handling charges. Reward miles will
appear in your Collector Account within 60 days.

Products may only be available for a limited time and quantities are limited.
|
|
|
5.

All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars and do not include applicable sales tax or shipping and
handling charges. The federal and provincial sales tax will be applied to your order and are
determined by the delivery address for your order.

Products will be delivered only to an address in Canada. Products will be delivered by courier and
will require a signature to confirm receipt. Orders will not be delivered to a Post Office
Box or Rural Route address.

Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. If your product does not arrive, please contact
our Customer Care Centre at 1-877-815-1113 for instructions.

If you are not satisfied with your product, you may return it within 10 days of receipt, in
its original packaging at your own expense, to obtain a full refund to the credit card
used to pay for the order. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

If the product is damaged or defective upon receipt, please contact our Customer Care Centre
at 1-877-815-1113 or email us at BUYERS_BEST@airmiles.ca for instructions on how to return your
product. Hours of Operation are Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. EST and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST.

warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of
conditions of merchantable quality and fitness for a particular purpose.
